South Sloan’s Lake Metropolitan District No. 2 was created to fund the infrastructure needed to redevelop a portion of the site formerly occupied by St. Anthony’s hospital, and to govern ongoing maintenance:

  • Stormwater management
  • Streetscape maintenance
  • Certain snow removal of public areas
  • Certain water quality features in the South Sloan’s Lake neighborhood

Regular meetings of the District Board for the year 2026 are scheduled monthly, on the third Friday of each month at 1:00 p.m. via Zoom videoconference and teleconference.
