South Sloan’s Lake Metropolitan District No. 2 was created to fund the infrastructure needed to redevelop a portion of the site formerly occupied by St. Anthony’s hospital, and to govern ongoing maintenance:
- Stormwater management
- Streetscape maintenance
- Certain snow removal of public areas
- Certain water quality features in the South Sloan’s Lake neighborhood
